NEW CLIENT DEPOSITS

All 1st time clients will be required to leave a 50% non refundable deposit to hold your appointment. Your deposit will go towards your grooming bill. In the event you need to reschedule your grooming appointment the deposit will be transferred and used to hold your new appointment time/date (up to 30 days maximum and you can only reschedule one time. If you need to reschedule more than once you will be required to leave another deposit). The remaining balance will be due when services are rendered. We can send you an invoice to pay the deposit or you can come and pay it in person. We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.

VACCINATIONS

ALL dogs MUST be current on their Rabies vaccinations as required by Texas law. You must provide The Puppy Primper Salon & Spa LLC with a current copy of your dog's Rabies vaccination via a certificate of vaccination from your veterinarian. A Rabies tag is not acceptable proof.

EXTERNAL PARASITES (FLEAS, TICKS, ETC....)

If your dog has fleas or flea dirt (which is evidence of adult fleas present and taking a blood meal) or ticks, an appropriate flea bath and/or tick removal treatment will be implemented at your expense. This will be done before any other grooming can commence.

DOGS WITH BEHAVIOR ISSUES

We DO NOT groom aggressive dogs or dogs that may require sedation and/or any form of a tranquilizer from your vet. We would appreciate your honesty about your dog's behavior when contacting us for an appointment. **If you do not give us advance notice about your dog's need for a sedative and you bring him/her in anyway you will be charged for your appointment time and may be sent home without having your dog groomed.**

OPEN FLOOR PLAN

Our salon has an open floor plan so if you are in the reception/waiting area you can see everything that is going on. We do however ask that you DO NOT interrupt the stylist or talk to your pet during the grooming session. If your dog is not finished yet, kindly wait outside until the grooming is completed. An excited dog is a safety hazzard for both him/herself and the stylist.

LATE ARRIVALS, LATE DEPARTURES, NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS

We strive to have your dog groomed in a timely manner. Most dogs are completed within a 2-3 hour time frame so they don't have to sit in a kennel all day. Late arrivals put us behind schedule and conflicts with other clients who arrived on time for their appointment. If you are more than 30 min late we may need to reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive past our closing time you will be charged an extra $5 per 15 min you are late.

If you have an appointment and you do not call/text to cancel or reschedule you are considered a "no show" and you will be charged an additional fee of $35 per pet, payable before your next salon visit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours notice so that we may fill your appointment time with someone else who is on our waiting list.

WEIGHT LIMIT

We are unable to pamper and groom any dog over our 40lbs weight lilmit. Thank you for your understanding. ​
